Project background
The Reef Grain Factory project required a complete architectural design and visualization package for a grain processing facility branded for Reef and the Saudi Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture. The client needed a comprehensive 3D presentation to communicate the design intent, master plan logic, and operational flow to stakeholders.
BIMLEED delivered the full architectural scope site master planning, main production hall design with steel sandwich panel envelope, four cylindrical grain silos with engineered support, an administration building in a traditional Najdi inspired Saudi style, branded main gate, employee amenities including pergola seating areas, and complete site landscaping with parking and circulation.

Long-span steel structure with pre-finished sandwich panel envelope and clerestory windows for daylighting.

Four cylindrical grain storage silos with access ladders, top platforms, and integrated discharge area.
04 Administration Building
Two-story office building in a traditional Najdi/Saudi architectural style with mashrabiya screens.
05 Main Gate & Branding
Branded entrance portal with MEWA and Reef identity, integrated security checkpoint and signage.
06 Pergola Rest Areas
Wooden pergolas with tensile fabric shading, integrated seating, and circular landscape features.
07 Landscape Design
Comprehensive landscape with palm trees, hedges, planters, and seasonal flowering shrubs.
08 Vehicle Circulation
Separated truck loading routes, employee parking, and visitor drop-off with clear signage and traffic calming.
