A complete electrical package from lux level to riser.
Delivered as a coordinated set, the project covers lighting design with DIALux evo lux-level verification, low-voltage power distribution from utility transformer through standby generator, and a fully coordinated Revit MEP model that resolves clashes with HVAC and structural elements before construction begins.
We worked from architectural floor plans through code-compliant lighting calculations, distribution-board scheduling, and cable-tray and conduit routing — producing every drawing, schedule, and 3D view the contractor needs to procure, fabricate, and install on site without rework.

What we designed
01 Lighting Design & Verification
DIALux evo lux-level calculations for offices, meeting rooms, corridors, kitchens, and service areas — verified per EN 12464-1 and SBC 401.
02 Luminaire Selection & Layout
Fixture selection per room function and task type. Ceiling layouts coordinated with HVAC diffusers and architectural reflected ceiling plans.
03 Electrical Room Design
Standby diesel generator, MV / LV step-down transformer, automatic transfer switch (ATS), and main distribution boards — modeled and dimensioned in Revit.
04 Power Distribution & Single-Line Diagram
Complete load schedule, fault-current study, and single-line diagram from utility incomer through every sub-distribution board on each floor.
05 Cable Tray & Raceway Routing
Primary risers and per-floor distribution — perforated galvanized cable tray sized for current load and segregated by service (power, lighting, low-current).
06 Conduit Network
Concealed conduit runs for lighting circuits, small-power outlets, and dedicated equipment circuits — coordinated with structural slab elements.
07 Distribution Board Sizing & Schedules
Panel sizing per floor with circuit schedules, breaker ratings, cable specifications, and spare capacity allowance per code.
08 Revit MEP Model & Clash Detection
LOD 350 Revit MEP model with Navisworks clash detection against HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and structural systems before fabrication.
