What we do

We model architecture, structure, and MEP at the level of detail your project actually needs from concept-stage massing to LOD 350&400 fabrication ready models and we coordinate every discipline before a single bolt is ordered. Weekly Navisworks cycles until the model is clash-free at agreed tolerance.
Shop drawings, fabrication tickets, and 4D sequences exported from the live model.
We update the model as construction progresses and hand over a verified as-built.
