Project background
The Pangolin plant comprises a dual-bank arrangement of high-capacity air-cooled chillers, dedicated buffer tanks, and a centralized pump skid feeding a complex distribution header. Tight equipment spacing, code-driven service clearances, and stringent piping coordination requirements made this an ideal candidate for full BIM-led delivery.
BIMLEED was engaged to translate the mechanical concept into a coordinated, build-ready model. Our deliverables drove fabrication shop drawings, supported on-site coordination meetings, and produced clash-free documentation cleared for installation.

01 3D BIM Modeling
Discipline coordinated mechanical and piping models authored to LOD 350, with parametric chiller, pump, and tank families.
02 Clash Detection
Iterative Navisworks-driven coordination cycles, with prioritized clash reports and resolution tracking against project milestones.
03 Shop Drawings
Plans, sections, isometrics, and elevations dimensioned to fabrication standards and reviewed against contractor mark-ups.
04 Pipework Coordination
Header sizing verification, support spacing, slope, expansion, and access clearances fully modeled and visually verified.
05 Equipment Layout
Chiller-bay arrangement reviewed for service envelopes, condenser airflow, and maintenance access in line with manufacturer data.
06 QA / Model Audit
Continuous model health checks, naming-standard enforcement, and discipline sign-offs prior to each milestone issue.
