The short version

This site sets no advertising cookie, loads nothing from a third-party server, and shares nothing with anybody. Everything below is stored on the same host that serves the page.

When you fill in a form

The contact form, the budget estimate and the document request each store what you typed (your name, your company, your email, a phone number if you gave one, and your message or selection) as a file on this server, and email a copy to the office. The record is written before the email is attempted, so an enquiry cannot be lost to a mail failure.

Your IP address is not stored. A one-way hash of it is, which lets us see that one address submitted the same form thirty times and cannot be turned back into an address.

Enquiries are kept while they are commercially useful and are deleted on request. Write to the address on the contact page and say which reference you mean.

When you download a document

The documents behind a short form are delivered through a signed link that stops working after seventy-two hours. We record that the link was used, against your enquiry, so we know the file actually reached you. The brand files are not behind a form at all.

Counting visits

If you accept the banner, this site counts six things: a page view, a budget estimate started, a budget estimate submitted, a document requested, a calculator report generated, and the WhatsApp button opened. What is stored is a number per day, per page. There is no visitor identifier of any kind, so two visits by you are two visits and nothing here can say otherwise.

Your answer to the banner is remembered in your own browser, and nowhere else. Clearing your browser data clears it. You can change your mind at any time from the block at the foot of this page.

If you ignore the banner, or decline it, nothing is counted and the counting script is never even downloaded.

The calculators

Every calculator on this site computes in your browser. The numbers you type into one are not sent anywhere, are not stored, and do not leave your machine, including when you export a spreadsheet or print a report, both of which are generated in the browser.

Hosting and log files

The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like every web server, theirs keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, under their own retention policy. That is outside this site's control and applies whether or not you accept the banner.

Asking us

To see what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email the address on the contact page. We answer in Arabic or English.
